Database – Databases’ are the best management solution for when a basic listing or inventory isn’t enough. Additional documentation can be recorded and linked to individual objects so important information can be quickly accessed upon requirement. Additional requirements might include such areas as purchase information, object date or maker/artist, pricing, insurance and conservation information, storage location etc.
Database includes: Collection overview – Object title, Classification, Photograph, and upto six additional record fields (can also include, low level cleaning, conversation and maintenance advice, storage and presentation solutions)

Catalogue – A catalogue is a fantastic asset to add to any collection and provides the best management solution for any serious collector or collection. A catalogue can digitally encompass all documentation and archive information, along side an extensive searchable record for each individual item.
Catalogue includes: Collection review – Object labelling and title, Cleaning, Classification, Description, Photograph, Object date, Maker or Artist information, Measurements, Material record, Historical record, Previous owners record, Vendor/acquirement information, Digital documentation, Insurance and Conservation information, location and storage information etc.
